To LOVE-Ru 09 is out!
Well, I promised that we’d release something soon, and here it is: To LOVE-Ru 09 for your viewing pleasure.
I’d like to note that at 15:13 in the script (without OP) Zastin says “centimes”. That is indeed not a typo. We believe Zastin is using some kind of alien measurement, see comments in the script: {TLC/Edit/Something thats not a word is it? Alien measurement? :/} {Shin thinks its cm but it sounds a little off — so I think a special measurement would be safe}
Just think about it. “Turn right, then left after five centimeters.” Doesn’t make much sense, does it?

As you can read in the anniversary post I published 2 days ago, Skyward was the encoder responsible for episode 1-3. He then vanished and Yumi took over from where Skyward left (he did 4-9).
Anyway, the episodes can’t have different resolutions as they use ordered chapters. They can have different aspect ratios, but not different resolutions.
To answer your question: we might redo some episodes for the batch torrent, but that’s long in the future.

Well I know they are totally different but resolution was the first thing that came into my mind :P…thanks for your answer and sorry I didn’t carefully read the anniversary post (I kinda skipped to the last part concerning your projects)!

I have a fast question;
Why is the resolution of the first 3 episodes (plus the OP & ED sequence) smaller in comparison with the rest of your releases?!?
I am asking cause even though there are no issues with the quality episodes 4 to 9 were more enjoyable to watch due to the bigger resolution (yes I watch most of my anime windowed ^^) and I would like to know if you care to re-encode the first 3 episodes plus the OP & ED sequence for aesthetic purposes :)
